Small oasis in the heart of the pine grove of Punta Ala, born from the dream of Italo Balbo, a great aviator who fell in love with this area, after flying over it. Then he bought it and gave it that name because of its shape.
The house was one of the first to be built in Punta Ala in the Sixties; it is characterized by its extremely livability both inside and outside. It was furnished in the Seventies mantaining the carefreeness, the fantasy and the cheerfulness of that period.
In the lounge there are two comfortable sofas and a dining table. The eat-in kitchen boasts a second entrance. From the corridor you can reach three double bedrooms, a triple one and two bathrooms. All the windows overlook the garden.
On the outside there are 2000sqm of garden surrounded by a wood fence that includes some big pine trees, offering a fresh scented shadow in the hot Summer days.
At the entrance of the garden you find two parking spaces.
