Das Bauernhaus aus Stein wurde komplett restauriert und präsentiert sich außen mit typischen Merkmalen und innen mit zeitgenössischen Oberflächen. Es hat eine Gesamtfläche von ca. 453 qm, die in 4 unabhängige Wohnungen unterteilt ist:
Die Hauptwohnung hat eine Gesamtfläche von ca. 300 qm auf zwei Ebenen, die im Erdgeschoss aus einem großen offenen Raum besteht, der durch imposante Bögen gekennzeichnet ist, dann finden wir das Wohnzimmer, das mit dem großen Esszimmer mit direktem Zugang zu einem exklusiven überdachten Hof verbunden ist. Auf der gleichen Etage befinden sich die ausgestattete Küche, die Bibliothek, das Service-Bad und die Waschküche.
