Questa chicca è l'elemento che rende unico questo appartamento. L'ampia superficie del porticato permette di preparare grandi tavolate e di passare momenti unici all'aria aperta con una bella vista. La cucina è abitabile e attrezzata di un imponente camino, utile per riscaldarsi e anche per cuocere sia su bracieri che utilizzando i tradizionali testi. Uno spazio di rappresentanza per riunioni e accoglienze prestigiose e di livello si trova al piano rialzato, dove anche qui troviamo una delle tante stufe a legna. Il sistema di riscaldamento è garantito anche da due caldaie di grandi prestazioni, situate in un apposita nicchia chiudibile con porte taglia fuoco, conformi alle normative vigenti. I radiatori sono dotati di termo valvole. L'edificio è composto da soli 4 appartamenti e non c'è condominio. E' una proprietà unica nel suo genere con grandi spazi sia internamente che esternamente, grazie all'ampio porticato e terrazza. Viene proposta completamente arredata.
