Corner of Mediterranean paradise, superb view over the sea, holiday home for families with a large Mediterranean garden, independent parking, just a few meters from the sea, about 60 meters high, with two white sand beaches in the immediate vicinity, within the condominium area of Torre delle Stelle (CA).

For lovers of the sea a few meters from the house is a magnificent granite cliffs. In the two beaches you can rent umbrellas and sunbeds.

Large borders and great privacy.

No building in front of the house, perfect sea view (protected area).

The village of Torre delle Stelle is located about 30 km from the port and the airport of Cagliari. By car, from Cagliari, follow signs to Villasimius and travel along the coast road (SP17), overlooking beautiful beaches and bays.

The village is crossed by about 30 km of white roads; internally there are two white sand beaches: Cann'e Sisa (in the direction of Cagliari) and Genn'e Mari ( in the direction of Villasimius). There are cove Delfino e cove Biscia of clear granite. You can also visit the various beaches in the area such as Mari Pintau, Is Canaleddus (in the direction of Cagliari) or Sa Ruxi and Solanas (in the direction of Villasimius).

Behind the village, you can find the natural park of Sette Fratelli Mount; next to Villasimius there is the protected marine area of “Capo Carbonara”.

Leaving the Gulf of Cagliari beyond Villasimius there are many quiet bays with splendid colors.
Inside the Torre delle Stelle village there are tennis courts, soccer field, bocce courts and a playground for children. The play area is shaded by eucalyptus trees.

Market and grocery stores in the residence area, hawkers of fruit and vegetables present every day.

There is the church for mass weekly (Saturday and Sunday).

It's possible to attend courses with diving excursion in the case of sea bottom front the village.
