The house is situated in a quiet but not isolated position. The roof was completely restored with an excellent insulation and photovoltaic panels.
It is situated in Alta Langa, 50 km from the Ligurian sea and 30 km from the most beautiful ski resort in Piemonte. It has a small garden and a vegetable garden with several fruit trees.
The house is composed of:
- a ground floor with a wide garage where you can park two cars and a huge space that can be used as storeroom.
- on the first floor there is the restored dwelling with entrance, 3 bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom and a large terrace.
- on the upper floor there is a wide attic that needs to be finished. It can become a sleeping area, using the first floor as a living area.
The house is very bright with large double-glazed windows.
There is an independent heating system with cast-iron radiators and a wooden stove with an accumulator of 100 litres.
The area is very quiet, in the greenery, situated in a small residential area that protects from thefts. The nearest town is Murazzano, 10 km far, with shops, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants.
A few metres from the house there are paths for trekking or strolls.
