A beautiful countryside villa on the outskirts of Rome, 25km North of Rome, in a tranquil, but not too isolated, area close to the historical and medieval villages and small towns of the Sabina Region (Palombara Sabina, Moricone, Tivoli, Fara Sabina and Monterotondo).

All electric and plumbing works are new, the house has a new boiler (installed in 2017), solar panels for hot water and a pellet stove for hot water and heating. The water comes from a 90 metre deep well and there is an LPG tank to supply gas. The house is very energy efficient and cheap to run as the solar panels in the Summer provide all the hot water and the pellet stove in the colder months is sufficient for hot water and heating.
