The semi-detached character Villa is located on the North side of Formia, a couple of kilometers from the beautiful town of Gaeta on the other side of the gulf and it is within walking distance from Formia's beach.  

The house is full of character items personally sourced by its owners all around Italy from antique shops. 

The house is within a closed gate community. Three private parking spaces are available within the property and more for guests in the communal area.

The Villa is distributed on three floors (350 sqm) facing West with a stunning sea view of the Gaeta gulf from almost every room of the house.

The main entrance is to the central floor where a big open space is split into a living room with fireplace, a dining area and a big kitchen served by a toilet and an utility room. On the back of the house there is also an outdoor kitchen & dining for summer dinner parties. The kitchen has an integrated electric barbeque and a table for 12 people.

On the top floor there is the master bedroom with own suit (two sinks and a separate room for shower and toilet) and a walking-in wardrobe. On the same floor there are also two additional double bedrooms with a family bathroom (two separate sinks and bath).

The bottom floor has access directly to the outdoor space (swimming pool and garden). The main area is an open space with living zone with fireplace, dining area (table for 10 people) and kitchen served by a family bathroom. There are also two double bedrooms and one of them has direct access to the outdoor swimming pool. On the same floor there is also a big storage room with a bathroom accessible from the garden/pool. This could potentially be integrated to one of the bedrooms to become an own suit and wardrobe.

The bottom floor has a separate access and could potentially be let has holiday home or B&B.

The outdoor space is overall around 300 sqm and there are balconies in almost every room of the house. 

The Villa is on a hill within walking distance to the beach and pineta of Formia but also to the city centre with all its amenities.
