Casale di Brolio is a stone farmhouse built in the 19th century on a hill of about 300 meters, which passes longitudinally through the Val di Chiana and was recently renovated.
From its garden you can enjoy one of the best views in this part of Tuscany, in the province of Arezzo, midway between Siena and Perugia.
It is surrounded by town that overlook the valley, to the west Cortona which is a few kilometres away, Castiglion Fiorentino and Farneta, to the East Foiano, the medieval Lucignano and Marciano and Civitella.
The property is divided into two distinct parts that can easily be joined.
One part consists of the master house of approx 350 sq.m., in addition to the sub-roof arranged on two floors. The other consists of a relais with a restaurant of over 800 sq.m. on three floors plus the attic. For a total of more than 1,150 square meters.
The whole property is surrounded by a garden of 5000 square meters with tall trees, pines and cypress trees, hedges, conifers, and a small olive grove of about 100 plants. In the garden there are two rooftop swimming pools one (14x7 mt) available for guests at the Relais another (6x12 m) for the exclusive use of the owners.
